“LEAD” is an abbreviation for the project called Learning in Difficult Times. The LEAD method is a pedagogical approach for the continuation of the learning life of individuals despite all kinds of difficulties and extraordinary conditions. According to this pedagogical approach, the learning experience of individuals should not be interrupted no matter what. Measures should be taken to facilitate the learning life of individuals. Information technology can play an effective role in facilitating the learning experiences of individuals.
