The first meeting of the LEAD project was held at Sakarya University.
Within the scope of the LEAD project, the first TPM was held between 26-29 November 2022. Experts from Italy, Ireland, Romania and Finland participated in the project hosted by Sakarya University. The next road map was determined at the meeting.
"Erasmus Days" event: 9 - 14 October 2023
The module of the LEAD project was introduced within the scope of “Erasmus Days” events between 9-14 October 2023. Approximately 300 adult learners and 24 faculty members attended the events. The LEAD method was introduced at the meeting. Key information was given on how educational activities can be continued despite difficult times. Then, a workshop was held with 20 teachers and students.

LEAD TPM meeting was held on February 2, 2024. Experts from Türkiye, Italy, Romania, Finland and Ireland attended the meeting. It was decided to implement the scenarios prepared within the scope of the LEAD project and to translate the booklet prepared in this context into different languages.

Second TPM meeting, Ireland (29-30 April, 2024)
The second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) was held on 29-30 April 2024 at the Academy for International Science and Research, Letterkenny, Ireland. During the two-day meeting, the partners reviewed the progress of the LEAD project, including presentations on organisational approaches and strategies for maintaining high standards in education. They discussed the project timeline and the need for an extension to complete key deliverables such as the handbook, translations, and dissemination materials. The group outlined deadlines and responsibilities, ensuring the quality of outputs and effective dissemination. Discussions also included leveraging technology in education, planning dissemination events, and creating surveys to assess the project’s impact. Practical details for organising multiplier events were finalised, along with strategies for reporting and ensuring the project’s overall success.
